Marcus & Millichap's Central Research Services Group, located in Phoenix, AZ, is expanding to support the company's growth! The Research Team provides support to agents nationwide.

Marcus & Millichap's Research Team has immediate opportunities for level 1, 2 & 3 Market Analysts.

Qualified candidates must be career-oriented, self-starting individuals.

Market Analysts are responsible for Researching and Writing Analytical Reports on assigned real estate markets across the country. The qualified candidates will also provide presentation support for major industry conventions and conferences, in addition to creating custom market analyses for high-profile proposals.

SkillsMust possess excellent writing skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Must thrive in a team environment. Aptitude to learn and analyze commercial real estate markets. Strong presentation skills. Advanced PC skills - MS Office (strong Excel, Powerpoint skills), email, WWW. MUST HAVE professional experience in commercial real estate or related industries. 2+ years professional analysis/writing experience in real estate or financial services a plus. MUST HAVE a bachelor's degree (real estate, economics, business, finance or urban planning preferred).

Successful candidates will be energetic and eager to learn with a strong client service orientation. Market Analyst positions offer opportunities for advancement in the firm with increasing experience and demonstrated abilities. The candidate must be willing to occasionally work long hours.

Salary based on experience
