An International Real Estate Advisor firm is looking for entry level commercial real estate research analyst.?The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to be in commercial real estate and presently have or willing to obtain an Arizona Real Estate license. Requirements are:

* Experience in demographic research and/or site selection
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* GIS mapping software and database experience
* General understanding of Commercial Real Estate
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
* Accustomed to cold calling and setting calling goals

The chosen candidate will work in conjunction with the local, national, and international clients to research commercial real estate markets and opportunities.? Candidate will meet client needs by contacting real estate professionals via phone/email and by utilizing Internet services.

The ideal candidate is presently working or has worked in the past with a commercial real estate company researching markets. Only those that meet above requirements will be contacted.
