Lead us to more loans! We're looking for an energetic, self-starting professional with the drive, determination, and sales experience to work as a mortgage loan officer for our brokerage firm. Great Peoria AZ location in heart of business district. Top producers making $150K + . Professional environment with long history in the Valley. 200+ Broker and Correspondent lenders available. High commissions with low office packs. As a mortgage loan officer, you will be responsible for generating mortgage leads and turning them into loans.
Must have at least 2 yrs sales experience in the mortgage industry
Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities and sales leads by cultivating
relationships with realtors, builders, bankers, etc. Develop solid product knowledge; offer clients the best mortgage
products that fit their needs Stay educated on local developments and trends in the real estate
and mortgage industries Create and maintain excellent relationships with our clients Work with clients and internal support staff to ensure the timely
completion of each loan
Requirements: 2 yrs sales experience in the mortgage industry a must (W2s/1099s
must prove work history) Familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations, and procedures Contacts and referrals in the real estate and mortgage industries a
