Mortgage Originator

It all starts with you. We?re looking for a motivated, self-starting professional to join our team as a mortgage loan originator. In this role you?ll work with a variety of sources to generate mortgage leads for our office?s sales staff. In short, you?ll be the lifeblood of our mortgage business?flooding our pipeline with leads that will turn into closings.

Responsibilities:Develop new business opportunities and sales leads by cultivating relationships with realtors, builders, bankers, etc. Work with sales staff on a continual basis to retain and grow existing business Perform / create additional business development activities to increase sales and leadsStay educated on local developments and trends in the real estate and mortgage industries

Requirements:Previous experience in the mortgage / real estate industriesSales experience preferredContacts and referrals in the real estate and mortgage industries preferredCollege degree in business or finance preferred
