About the Opportunity The Elite Communities team currently has opportunities for new home sales professionals in the Gilbert, Queen Creek and Maricopa areas of the Southeast Valley. We're offering the best package to attract the best sales professionals: - Among the highest paid commission; 1.75% (1.6% co-broke) - Non-competitive floor - No cost medical and dental plans - Immediate 401k vesting with 80% match. Our sales professionals are responsible for understanding the quality and features of new Elite Communities properties, then meeting with and escorting prospective homebuyers and real estate agents through the model homes under construction. The homes sell themselves! Sales professionals also analyze financial qualifications of our prospective homebuyers, and then provide after-the-sale quality service to ensure our mutual success. They are responsible for monitoring construction and mortgage status with regard to each homebuyer.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates are ethical, honest, have a 'can do' orientation, and are willing to work hard to be successful. They are confident and enthusiastic professionals. Computer skills and proficiency with the internet are required. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. A 4-year college degree is preferred, but not required.

Proven track record in sales.

Arizona real estate license. No prior real estae sales experince required.

Understands the interplay of cultural, socio-economic, personal, or psychological factors that influence consumer behavior.
