We are currently seeking an Operations Analyst to join our Markets Group located in Chicago, IL.

OPERATIONS ANALYST - Chicago, IL

Responsibilities:
Respond to client, tenants, and fellow staff member requests, problems, and complaints
Identify and initiate process improvements for all current property systems
Assist with the bi-annual Tenant Fire Warden Seminars, coordination of emergency evacuation drills, and all other tenant safety events
Perform monthly cleaning inspections with the onsite cleaning staff and account manager
Inspect vacant spaces in the building and maintain these areas during leasing process
Secure Certificate of Insurance forms for each contractor prior to the contractor performing any work
Assist in the management of access to the property for all contractors
Support AGM in the management of tenant alteration projects that exceed $1,000
Coordinate assigned building improvement work, including miscellaneous painting, metal maintenance, signage and low voltage cabling additions
Help AGM in the preparation of the RFP, submit to an approved bid list and collect all bids
Aid in the preparation of contracts
Create and maintain service contract files
Maintain the Service Agreement Tracking Table
Create new lease, service agreement and general files and maintain all sections of the files
Prepare and code tenant service invoices for payment and processing on tenant billing statements
Create purchase orders within JD Edwards for monthly billing process

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2-3 years experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
