Qualifications

Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts comparative analysis of multiple solutions.

Consummate people skills. Demonstrates talent at interacting effectively with all types of people.

Experience handling issues of compliance for state and federal regulations.

Track record of supporting customer-oriented practices that foster customer loyalty and anticipate changes in customer needs. Understands consumer markets, effective distribution channels, and the vast interplay of individual and market forces that affect consumer behavior.

Can define own role, take on responsibilities, and manage priorities with minimal guidance.

Projects a professional and polished image that inspires confidence and trust.

Ranks within the top 10% of current sales force. Has a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals.

Demonstrates intense motivation to sell.

Develops new account prospects through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Experience managing accounts and targeting prospects within a designated region.

AA or equivalent real estate experience.

Real Estate License needed if AA degree is not acquired.
