Job Description Noga property management is looking for bilingual maintenance supervisor to Manage and oversee the daily operations of the maintenance and janitorial staff onsite, including getting units ready to rent, daily work orders and general site maintenance, this is not only a maintenance position but also requires the management and supervision of 3-6 employees. Qualified candidates must possess: -Bilingual (English / Spanish ) -High standards of customer service. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work independently. -Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task. -Air conditioning certification .
