Real Estate/Property Manager

A full service real estate company specializing in Residential Property Management currently has an opening for a Property Manager. Located in Phoenix, AZ, the position will cover Property Management Services for the area located between Central Phoenix and Buckeye, including Glendale and Peoria.  Our company focuses on expert property management and would to hire an experienced Property Manager that currently holds a Real Estate license in the State of Arizona. The company offers a hands-on management approach, a strong local presence, and a sound financial and capital base.

Candidate must have legitimate experience as a Property Manager in a Residential Real Estate environment. Candidate will oversee a growing portfolio and must be able to manage owner and tenant agreement issues and requests, review tenant leases to meet lease obligations and oversee the property and its condition, etc.

This position includes, but is not limited to:

A. Supervision of a small support staff of field technicians and administrative personnel.

B. Periodically inspect properties under your management and report back to the owner any problems found with property or tenant. 

C. Solicit bids from potential subcontractors following the company?s written competitive bidding, and insurance protocols.

D. Plan and schedule all repairs with our in house maintenance company to ensure minimal inconvenience to tenant?s.

E. Assist in the credit/collection function to ensure goodwill is maintained between landlord and tenant whenever possible.

F. Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agency directives, including environmental compliance.
