Basic Purpose/Function: Effectively coordinates and manages the overall efficiency, quality, and customer service aspects of processing, underwriting, and closing within the regions under supervision.

Functions & Responsibilities:

1. Manages and develops all direct reports to ensure region goals reached.
2. Coordinates operations activity among the various business units to ensure clear, concise communications regarding operational activity and needs.
3. Ensures service and loan quality levels are met within regions under supervision.
4. Responsible for the completeness, accuracy, salability and performance of the funded loan package.
5. Maintains current knowledge of Company Underwriting, Processing, and Closing policies and procedures.
6. Hires, trains and conducts performance reviews on direct reports in accordance with Company policy.

Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent experience in a financial business environment.

Experience/Training:
10+years experience in comparable environment, 5 years Mortgage Operations Management experience. Experience managing direct reports remotely preferred

Skills:
Demonstrated ability to drive successful, cost-efficient operations or underwriting business units; strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills.
