Job Summary:
This position is the single point of contact for regional franchise accounts.  This person will be responsible for revenue and sides growth within a region.  A successful RSD will be a leader in their region.  They will continually assess and act on growth opportunities by creating franchise development plans and coordinating brokers and corporate resources in order to provide the support needed for franchises to achieve their potential.  This development may be related to training, business consulting, or business development (preferred alliances, M&A, etc.).  The RSD will work closely with Franchise Sales and Administration to identify areas of opportunity for new franchise sales, renewals, or mergers & acquisitions.  This person will manage communications and issues between franchisees and corporate, ensure compliance with Policies & Procedures, and promote system utilization.  This person will support the many responsibilities and needs of corporate in the local marketplace including hosting annual awards events, attending and supporting local broker councils, performing PTSI?s, responding to brokers needs, providing input to the Franchise Review Committee, and otherwise service as the regional representative of the franchisor.
