Client Research Manager

The Client Research Manager position participates in and guides the on-going qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis of research campaigns.  In this position, the candidate will be responsible for all aspects of client relations for research projects. This includes developing campaign projects, managing data inquiries and driving overall client satisfaction.

Specific responsibilities include interfacing with clients, designing surveys, analyzing results and creating value added reports. The candidate will also act as the point person for operations, define client requirements, present findings and manage client expectations.

 

Requirements:

 BA/BS or advanced degree with a concentration in research and business.2+ years relevant data management/statistical analysis/basic research methods experience.2+ years market research experience with demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to incorporate client needs into study designs, and translate research results into implications and recommendations.2+ years of experience contributing to market research in a deadline driven and process-oriented environment.Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative survey research procedures, including survey design, data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting.Proficiency in research practices and methodology including knowledge of basic statistics required (e.g. sampling procedures, descriptive statistics, margin of error)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain positive relations with clients, vendors and staff.Background in marketing, media or PR is a plus. Background in home building or retirement facilities preferred.
