Job Description

 

Edmunds.com, Inc., the premier online resource for automotive information, is currently seeking a Research Analyst to join their data analysis team. 

 

Responsibilities for this position include:

? Researching all aspects of new & used vehicles

? Performing maintenance on existing dataset

? Designing database procedures

? Performing data entry & data quality assurance

? Preparing data for delivery

? Lots of research will be done, and quite a bit of data entry

 

Qualifications:

? 1-2 years related experience PLUS

? A Bachelor?s Degree in a scientific or business related field PLUS

? Extensive experience in a Windows environment

? Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and preferably SQL

? Strong database skills 

? Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills 

 

The candidate would be knowledgeable about the automobile industry and love cars.  He/she should also be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and flexible and enjoy working closely with others in a team-oriented environment.
