The successful candidate will assist in the development of toughened thermoset prepregs for the aerospace industry, specifically targeting Primary Structure applications.  The position is also responsible for characterizing raw materials, formulating resin systems, evaluating resin and composite performance and establishing manageable production processes. They will also provide technical support to both internal and external customers as needed.

Requirements
Graduate degree (Masters) in Chemistry or related subject such as Materials Science or Chemical Engineering. Preferably 3-5 years of experience in formulating resin systems, impregnation, and testing of composite materials. The candidate should have experience in product development and be able to demonstrate this through patents, papers and/or products taken to market. The person should be able to demonstrate good communication skills and be able to interact with people at all levels within the organization.
