Experienced, goal-driven individual needed to direct the operation and maintenance of four restaurants within in our Gulf West area. The Gulf West territory currently includes Ocean Springs, MS; Foley, AL and Mobile, AL. Travel will be required within the area. Multi-Unit Directors are responsible for restaurants performance levels in the areas of customer satisfaction, sales and operations. Duties include consulting with restaurant managers to achieve desired performance in the areas of quality, guest service, safety, security, cleanliness, food costs and staffing. In addition, individual is accountable for restaurant functioning in compliance with established company policies and procedures. 3+ years restaurant experience required.
