ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES



Jason's deli currently has over 140 units in 15 states. Focusing on corporate growth, our expansion plans include North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. We offer one of the quickest advancement programs in the restaurant industry. On average, time to promotion to GM is 2-4 years from hire. All promotions are from within the company and they are based on performance and availability of positions. This is a way for us to reward our high performing managers with promotions to upper level positions such as District Manager and Regional Manager.



JASON'S DELI MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE IS SET UP AS FOLLOWS:



TRAINING:

All managers are hired in as MIT's. The training program is twelve weeks long, with a focus on position training and classroom work.



ASSISTANT MANAGERS:

Upon completion of training, the next level is Third Assistant Manager. Upon completion of the third assistant goals an automatic title promotion is rewarded to Second Assistant.



The Second Assistant is given direct responsibility for producing and maintaining the production line along with the everyday responsibility of running shifts.



The First Assitant level is a promotion based on performance. The First Assistant is involved in staffing,training, employee development, administration, and managing food and labor costs.



Salary Range: $30,000-$40,000



GENERAL MANAGER

The General Manger oversees the operation of a single unit. They are responsible for the training and development of the Assistant Managers as well as developing a strong and satisfied customer base through marketing and advertising.



Salary Range: $50,000-$100,000



CATERING MANAGER:

The Catering Manager is responsible for assuring prompt and courteous service to those customers who dine outside of the restaurant. Whether this be a customer carrying food out of the unit or ordering via on-line ordering for delivery, the Catering Manager is responsible for completion of orders going out the door. This position also carries some responsibility of marketing to the areas businesses to build sales.



Salary Range: $28,000-$40,000
