Executive Chef

This exciting new view restaurant in Anchorage AK is looking for a Chef to assume responsibilities for overall kitchen operations.  This 7,000 square foot restaurant currently enjoys sales in excess of $2 M annually and growing.  The ideal candidate must have a minimum 2-years experience in a similar sized operation with sustainable results in:Hiring, training, leading, and motivating a kitchen team Delivering consistently high quality food Achieving budgeted food cost, kitchen labor cost, and related operating expense goals. Organizing and maintaining a clean sanitary kitchen environment.
