Executive Chef

Successful Scottsdale restaurant group is now hiring for an Executive Chef. We currently have two successful concepts in the Old Town Scottsdale area. We currently need an individual that is capable of handling the entire culinary operation. Applicant must have previous experience in running a high volume restaurant and will be paid according to experience and ability. Applicant must be willing to help in maintaining high culinary standards as well as having the desire to create new menu items and weekly, seafood based specials. This is a great opportunity for an up and coming chef with great cooking ability and the drive to grow new concepts. Chef will also have the opportunity to gain notoriety on local TV stations as well as numerous events around the valley.

Chef will be expected to work 50 hours a week with two consecutive days off in a row each week.

Vacations are available after six months of employment and bonus program available after three months of employment.

We are also currently hiring for sous chefs. Previous high volume experience is recommended.
