Silver Dollar and Golden Nugget Casinos, the largest non-tribal gaming company in Washington State, are seeking experienced Food & Beverage Managers and Kitchen Supervisors. 

The Food & Beverage Manager, manage all aspects of a 24/7 restaurant/bar operation, front and back of house.  Requirements: 5 years F&B management experience of informal dining and bar operations, a history of bottom line focused business management, effective staff development and a strong customer service orientation; mastery of cost controls, staff scheduling, inventory management, standards of food preparation, menu development, and sanitation.  Degree or culinary certificate required.

 

The Kitchen Supervisor, manage the 24 hour kitchen operation including:  supervise, train and coach kitchen staff, manage labor and inventory expenses, hire and schedule staff scheduling, train for standards of food preparation and sanitation.  Required Experience, at least 3 years experience as a line cook and kitchen supervisor.  Culinary certificate required.

 

These management positions require competent PC skills including MS Word and Excel, and knowledge of inventory and POS systems
