This position manages the day-to-day functions of a Papa John?s restaurant to ensure that high quality products and service are delivered to our customers and sales and financial goals are met. You are accountable for recruiting, developing and retaining great team members and increasing your restaurant?s sales and market share.

General Manager Job Skills/Requirements
You must have at least two (2) years restaurant management experience. Must be able to analyze financial statements and have strong cash management skills. Must be able to work long hours, which will include nights and weekends.

Assistant Manager Job Skills/Requirements
You must have supervisory experience in a restaurant and good cash management and accounting skills. Must be able to work long hours, which will include nights and weekends
