Boston's Mill Creek is currently seeking key management positions for our new store opening this spring, including Assistant Kitchen Manager.  Prospective employees would possess a desire and ability to grow and learn, an efficient and productive work ethic and just as importantly, a positive and energetic attitude.

 

Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar is a full service casual-dining restaurant and sports bar offering more than 100 menu items including a unique selection of gourmet pizza, mouth-watering pasta, and a wide variety of appetizers, ribs, meal size salads, sandwiches and desserts.  With 70 locations in the United States by the end of 2006 and 8 store openings in the Greater Seattle area over the next several years, the time to join a winning and dynamic team is NOW!

 

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for the day to day operation of the Boston's kitchen under the direction of the Kitchen Manager.  This includes:

 The health and safety of all guests Conducting the affairs of business in regards to the kitchen Purchasing and receiving Preparation of all foodstuffs Training and supervision Development of kitchen staff Operating to Boston Pizza Internationals systems and standards Ensuring operational profitability

 

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a full-service, fast-paced environment, as well as, a strong understanding of food and labor costs.  The individual will possess excellent communication and analytical skills which will be utilized to lead and develop all restaurant personnel.  Furthermore, the individual will demonstrate the ability to thrive in a team-based environment.
