Qualified multi-unit supervisor candidates should have prior multi-unit experience, including accountability for the financial and operational success of their locations. This position requires an operations expert with the leadership drive to continuously move our business forward.

 

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

 Will typically oversee 6+ restaurants, and regularly communicates between their restaurants and their Director of Operations. The position has direct accountability for all operational results for the assigned restaurants. Must lead by example and ensure company standards are effectively communicated, implemented and measured at each location. Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting the store management team within the district to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives. Creates district implementation plans to support execution of regional and company initiatives to achieve both operational excellence and business results. Provides training for restaurant managers in areas of profitability, coaching, communication, and team building. Develops business plans to achieve same store sales increases, labor cost controls, food cost controls and other measures to maximize controllable profits. Regular reviews with restaurant management on productivity, helping GM?s set restaurant goals and problem solving to achieve set goals. Monitors and manages district-wide management staffing levels. Identifies and prepares management personnel for promotion to the next level, which includes helping GM's to recognize that talent. Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge to help promote the culture, values, and mission of the company.  Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
