Production Tech/Cook III

Overview : This position will be full time with rotating weekends.

Qualifications :

This position requires working experience in volume cooking, preferably with experience in health care setting with knowledge of modified diet meal production. Must have the ability to comprehend, prepare and adjust recipes. The position must be able to meet limited time schedules and determine appropriate food substitutes. This position must be able to perform math calculations regarding recipe weights and amounts, and calculate amounts of food for necessary production.
