Job Description

The Manager is responsible for all functions of the restaurant, including opening, mid or closing shifts. Responsibilities include guest relations, management, supervision of all staff and staffing levels, ordering and fulfillment of supplies, quality of food and beverage, housekeeping safety and pace. ?Responsibilities also include scheduling and development of FOH staff. Has financial responsibility for the operation.
