Rockin' Baja Lobster Restaurant and Beach Bar is Rockin? in Tucson since June 28th and we are looking for a ROCKIN? KM to keep up the pace!

Rockin' Baja Lobster is one of the restaurant industry's new emerging brands in the casual, full service dining segment. Based in Southern California with four locations and a successful 20 year track record, we have opened our first location in Tucson and will be expanding to 9 locations in the greater Arizona market over the next 3-5 years. Rockin' Baja is a unique Puerto Nuevo style seafood restaurant. Our signature trademark Original Baja Buckets featuring Baja style seafood seasoned with our unique blend of Mexican spices and delivered to our guests in rustic steel buckets. Think frosty buckets of beer, ice cold margaritas, a menu bursting with freshly prepared foods, a festive cantina known as Rocky' Beach Bar, an atmosphere pulsating with custom mixed music, a lively guest focused staff eager to please and you get an idea of what we are all about!

We are currently seeking candidates for the important role of Kitchen Manager.

You must have the following qualifications to be considered:

Kitchen Manager
We are looking for a solid take charge KM candidate with prior KM or AKM full service restaurant culinary experience (a min of 3-5 years experience). Successful candidates should also possess:
? a culinary school degree (a plus) or great 'School of Hard Knocks' experience
? a history of working for quality players in our field (think Outback, Brinker, Houston's, California Pizza Kitchen, and others)
? ServSafe certification
? a strong attention to detail
? ability to manage a very fast paced busy kitchen
? bilingual ability a plus
? and the ability to insure a Rockin' guest and employee experience through the consistent execution of our culinary recipes, procedures and standards.
You will need to bring energy and passion for doing great things in a kitchen as we provide you with tools and training to meet our standards. Please note: Chosen candidates must be available to travel to Newport Beach CA for 4 weeks of kitchen manager training before returning to Tucson.
