At Santa Fe Cattle Co.?, we take our steaks seriously! Many years ago, Jim Bonner opened a restaurant in Santa Fe, New Mexico. He wanted to serve the best beef money could buy. The man loved beef.

 It didn?t take Jim long to figure out that the only way he could serve his customers the quality steaks he expected was to raise his own cattle. So that?s just what Jim did. All for the love of beef.

After a few years, Jim developed a steer that produced absolutely the finest beef to be had anywhere in the world. And like Jim?s original Santa Fe Cattle Company, we continue his tradition of excellence by serving only the best USDA choice, hand cut aged steaks.

We choose only the highest-quality beef from specially selected cattle, and then we cut fresh steaks by hand in our own meat lockers.

 You know, things sure could have been a lot different if ol? Jim hadn?t loved beef so much. We could have been the Santa Fe Quiche Co. ? or something even worse. But I doubt Jim knows how to raise a quiche. He sure does know his beef, though. And he loves it. So do we.

Santa Fe Cattle Company is expanding rapidly in Oklahoma, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi.  Our steakhouses provide an affordable and fun atmosphere with proven success.  This success brings unlimited opportunity to those motivated individuals seeking a bright future with a growing company.

 

 General Managers: 45-55K

Kitchen Managers: 35-45K

Dining Room Managers: 35-45K

What we are looking for:

 3-5 years of full service management experienceHigh volume experience-minimum of 2.5 million dollars a year annual salesAbility to communicate effectively with other managers and staffStrong developmental and leadership skills and experienceExcellent budgeting and financial skills a mustWell rounded in front and back of the house experienceGuest focusedDecisive and proactive decision making skills
