The Rock Wood Fired Pizza & Spirits is a locally owned and operated concept of The Wedge Corporation with several locations in Western Washington.  The Rock is one of the fastest growing up scale casual dining concepts in the Pacific Northwest.  We stand behind our unique pizza, custom drinks, friendly service, classic rock music, gritty atmosphere and fair prices.

 

Rock managers are required to manage multiple departments and ensure complete customer satisfaction for every guest.  Food quality is #1 supported by fast, friendly service and a clean, fun, classic rock environment.  The manager is responsible for promoting The Rocks culture, mission, and vision while maintaining restaurant profitability as well as managing costs, and maintaining proper inventory levels.

 

Candidate must possess the follow skills and competencies:

Attention to detail, customer focused, flexible, initiative, team leader, managing execution and managing multiple tasks effectively, proficient with point of sale system, MS Word, MS Excel spreadsheets and cash management skills, ensuring the proper hiring, orientation, training and development of crew and manage crew relations.

 

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

2-5 years managerial experience in a high volume restaurant, casino or entertainment concept.

Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing.

Great communication and people skills.
