Sous Chef

Well established creative bistro style restaurant of 7 years on beautiful Bainbridge Island seeking Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager. We are individually owned and operated and have been featured in many publications including Zagat - Best of Northwest - Sunset Magazine - Hemispheres - and recently reviewed in Seattle Weekly.

Four Day Work Week - Outstanding Pay structure - Great Benefits Package - Ferry Compensation. We are within walking distance of the Ferry landing on Bainbridge Island and the boat leaves Coleman Dock downtown Seattle roughly every hour. The boat trip is 35 minutes long allowing for rest - chores - reading etc. Please walk or bike on and come check us out to see our cool funky kitchen and meet our staff.Also check out our web site ( cafenola.com ) to see our menu.

Interested individuals must have 2 + years experience in fine dining with some volume experience. Culinary degree a + but not required. Applicant works well with others, patient, adrenaline junkie, even tempered, and a good sense of humor. Attention to detail a must.
