BASIC FUNCTION: The Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of all dishwashers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Supervise all dishwashers, ensuring that everything is prepared for banquet functions.
2. Monitor needs in banquets and kitchen areas.
3. Check cleaning standards of all glassware, china, etc.
4. Double check all stewards work assignments.
5. Control breakage and chemical costs.
6. Monitor cleaning standards.
7. Schedule dishwasher?s lunch breaks.
8. Monitor sanitation as per Health Department and CMI standards.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Three years experience in a hotel or conference center environment.
 One year supervisory skills.
 Experience working with chemicals.
 Knowledge of kitchen machinery.
 Organizational skills.
 Pleasant and positive personality.
