Wisconsin Bistros, the restaurant division for Larson Companies, is a franchise operator closely connected with T.G.I. Friday?s and Carlson Restaurants Worldwide. Larson Companies is a hospitality management company that owns and manages hotel and restaurant properties throughout the Upper Midwest. We are associated with such national brands as T.G.I. Friday?s, Green Mill Restaurants, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Microtel Inn and Suites. We currently have properties throughout Wisconsin (Eau Claire, Appleton, Onalaska, Madison and Milwaukee), Minnesota (Rochester and Eagan), and Nebraska (Omaha).

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS FOR RESTAURANT MANAGERS?
In order to provide the best of the best, we seek the best of the best! To ensure this, we require:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a kitchen management position ? full service chain restaurant experience is preferredExperience building and managing successful teamsAbility to work a FT schedule, averaging 55 hours/week, and be available to work a variety of shifts based on stores needsSuperb interpersonal and written communication skillsStrong ethics and good judgment requiredFlexibility, adaptability, and eagerness to respond quickly to changeMust have a PASSION for the businessMust want to have FUN!
