Territory Manager

Royal Cup Coffee Company is seeking a Territory Manager for full time career employment. A Territory Manager is responsible for all aspects of a territory. This includes product deliveries, receiving inventory, managing inventory, equipment requisition, equipment maintenance and growing their assigned territory. The most important component for success is to ensure Royal Cup Coffee customers are satisfied with product, equipment and delivery systems.

Royal Cup Coffee is a 108 year old private company. The company specializes in route distribution of coffee products. National customers include Ritz Carlton Hotel Company, Holiday Inn Express, Outback Steakhouse, IHOP Restaurants and Red Lobster Restaurants. This position requires driving a company route truck each day as a part of specific route distribution duties. The ideal candidate will be a person who demonstrates an ability and willingness to act as an ?owner? with their territory.

Royal Cup is seeking a proven sales professional. Potential growth positions include Account Executive and Branch Manager. Key requirements include a willingness to start each day no later than six in the morning, acceptable driving record, ability to lift objects up to 35 pounds and an understanding that the demands of the territory must be complete before the end of the work day. This is usually consists of a 45 to 55 hour work week.

Royal Cup provides full training systems designed for maximum success for our employees. The Territory Manager is the key person that drives success in the organization. Compensation includes a base salary and commissions. Commissions are based upon sales and profit values from customers in the territory. Total monetary compensation is in the range of $35k to $50k annually. Benefits and vacation are additional benefits provided to the successful candidate.
