RETAIL STORE MANAGER

Friedman's Inc., a national retailer of fine Jewelry, with 480 stores in 20 states, is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager for our location in Eufaula, AL. If you are a team player that thrives in a fast paced dynamic retail environment, this could be the opportunity for you.



The Friedman?s Store Manager will be responsible for the following:



? Ensuring the Store is profitable and return on investment meets corporate objectives.

? Ensuring execution of merchandising and marketing initiatives.

? Overseeing all recruiting efforts and training strategies

? Identifying, training and developing Sales Associates for promotional opportunities and future assignments

? Motivating and moving the Store to high sales performance and excellent Guest service.

? Communicating and Ensuring that Company Policies and Procedures are executed by yourself and your staff.

Requirements:


? 1-3 years experience in a retail management roll, jewelry experience a plus.

? Ability to operate Friedman?s computer systems relevant to job duties.

? Strong sense of urgency. Proven business acumen ; ability to organize, prioritize and balance the functions of the business.

? Ability to work effectively under pressure.

? Ability to calculate amounts such as discounts, commissions and sales goals as needed.

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
