Due to expanded growth in our Retail division, Summer Classics is currently recruiting dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Retail Store Manager candidates for our new location in San Antonio, Texas.  If you are self-motivated, passionate, and friendly; possess exceptional customer services skills, you may be the person we are searching for.

 

Position Title: Sales Representative

Basic Function:
A Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining Guest Service as per company standard, generating sales, housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, cash register operations  and loss prevention in adherence to all Company Policy/Store standards.

 

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that each Guest receives outstanding Guest Service by providing a Guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of Guest Service.

2. Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information, merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements.

3. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

4. Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.

5. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at registers.

7. Communicate Guest requests to management.

8. Proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel

9. Excellent oral/ written communication skills

10. Excellent customer relations skills  

 

Essential Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to process information/merchandise through costumer service.

2. Ability to communicate with associates and guests.

3. Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.

4. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.

5. Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.

Requirements
- High school or equivalent and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have knowledge selling environment;  effective oral and written communications; presentation skills; strong analyzing techniques required.
- Retail sales experience in specialty branded stores preferred.
