Primary Responsibilities
* Accountable for managing all day-to-day operations of an individual store.
* Ensure the highest level of customer service.
* Hiring, training, scheduling and motivating all store personnel.
* Responsible for maintaining a fresh store atmosphere.
* Responsible for all aspects of in store merchandising.

Job Requirements
* Self-Starter.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Must have retail experience.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Ability to recognize problems and find solutions.
