We have a new opening at our Greeley, Colorado, Headquarters for an Account Manager

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Bachelor?s degree in one of the following: Agri Business, Meat Science, Business, Marketing, Ag Econ or Animal Science or equivalent experience

  1 -5 years experience in fresh meat sales

  Strong presentation skills and excellent phone skills 

  Excellent oral and written communication skills

  Proficient with Microsoft office applications 

  Must be able to travel

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Use product and market knowledge to generate sales.

  Determine customer needs and match new products and programs to address account goals.

  Contact accounts and discuss the availability of individual products.

  Give pricing quotes and modify prices necessary to deal with specific customer needs.

  Develop new accounts within designated territory.

  Maintain a good working relationship with accounts.

  Keep management informed of changes in business operations of assigned customer accounts.

  Follow market conditions and recognize market trends.

  Keep current on administrative duties and sales plans.
