Donnelley Marketing is a division of InfoUSA, and has been a leader in direct marketing solutions since 1917. Our sales executives call on the Fortune 1000 companies. These clients have a sophisticated need for commercial and consumer databases, database marketing, and e-mail marketing.

Requirements:

We are looking for a high-energy, passionate individual who enjoys working with people. This position will interact with clients and our sales team to determine product needs, pricing, counts, fulfillment timetables as well as identify & resolve potential issues and/or problems on multiple projects. In this role, you will provide regional support for the RVP and sales team on researching and updating customer/prospect information within our SFA tool, and act as the go to person for special projects within the region.

Duties and Responsibilities:

? Examine requests from clients, sales people, or other departments to determine feasibility, costs, and deadlines. Negotiate contract terms with specific customers (within established guidelines); clarify instructions and expectations with clients.

? Understand and communicate client expectations with team members. Monitor project status and resolve problems.  Inform team members of problems and/or changes in client specifications or needs.  Document all activities in our SFA tool.

? Run count estimates, create orders and produce desired outputs. Working with internal departments to meet client needs

? Provide ongoing customer feedback on the status of their projects.  Monitor customer satisfaction and act as the primary contact on the fulfillment of orders.

? Acquires and maintains comprehensive knowledge of all applicable Donnelley Marketing/InfoUSA?s systems, divisions, and department capabilities.

? Maintains confidentiality of Donnelley Marketing/InfoUSA and it?s client?s proprietary information

? Other duties as required or requested

Qualifications:College Degree  Strong interpersonal and customer service skillsAttention to detail Excellent PC skills, with ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and become proficient in software packages quickly. Solid communication skills (written and verbal), analytical, problem solving skills, and time management skills requiredDemonstrated experience communicating technical information to non-technical individuals

Prior experience working with marketing services and product offerings a plus.
