Responsibilities include Assisting Account Managers in various tasks, including but not limited to the following: Contacting accounts, A/R research, obtaining documentation, creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets and reports of sales activities. Responsible for filing, copying, sending/receiving e-mails, processing of PO's + other documents as needed. Troubleshooting sales & marketing issues. Maintaining a good relationship and build a report with buyers and their assistant and handling their needs in a professional and efficient manner.

 

Requirements:Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Outlook, research using the Internet. Excellent written & oral communication skills a MUST. Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented,must have good follow-up skills to support the Sales and Marketing Department. Candidate must be able to multi-task and work under pressure.

 

Additional Requirements:Must have at least an AA degree in Business/Marketing or Sales. 1-2 years work experience, preferably in sales & marketing, customer service.
