District Manager

General Responsibilities:  With guidelines established by the Regional Manager, plan for and lead the growth and development of the District office to profitably provide equipment and services for the Restoration of commercial property after a Fire or Water damage and Mold remediation projects, Controlling humidity during surface preparation and coating operations and temporary control of moisture and lay-up of industrial and marine equipment. Also to foster safety procedures and safe working conditions and adherence to the company's Quality System

Specific Responsibilities:Direct the MCS district office in a manner that achieves established goals and growth Promote Moisture Control Services in the district Direct service operations including the activities of Project Managers, Operations Technicians and warehouse personnel when assigned Insure that equipment and labor assigned to the district is used effectively and safely and that every effort is made to provide the customer with the best possible service using the MCS Quality System as the guide Perform other duties as appropriate for growth and stability

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Maintain a high district relationship quality

? Maintain high district sales growth

? Assure that profits are consistent with sales growth

? Champion personnel safety and adherence to the Quality System

? Develop and implement district marketing plans

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of two (2) years college, preferably in Business or Engineering curriculum or equivalent experience Three (3) years management or project management experience in a service industry The above experience would preferably be in an insurance or construction related industry involved in business to business markets IICRC WDR and ASDT certification CMR certification Project Management Skills Interpersonal Skills Good verbal and written communications skills Ability to be a problem solver Customer-focused Professional demeanor Strong Organizational skills Understands financial reports Good Appearance High level of self-motivation Team Player Willingness to travel on short notice Willingness to relocate Equifax background check
