District Sales Manager

Purifan, a fast-paced, growing company seeks ambitious, self-motivated and results-oriented sales professional for its District Sales Manager position based in the Northern California market area.  This position requires five years sales experience in a related field.  A college degree is preferred.  Purifan offers a revolutionary product that improves the indoor air quality in schools, homes, offices, businesses, nursing homes, day-care operations, hotel rooms, bars, restaurants and casinos.  More than 50% of our sales come from customer referrals, and they are always extremely happy with the product.  This opportunity is selling the right product at the right time given all the increased concern about indoor air quality and the impact on the short and long-term health of children and adults.  Upside potential is fantastic, with annuity filter sales add to a strong commission stream from new sales and referrals.  Job includes a base pay of $2,500, $400 car allowance and a commission program that is designed to add $2,500 per month, up to $5,000 per month commission.  Experience selling to schools or nursing homes a plus.

 Self-starter Work from home office or the field Ability to work autonomously Ability to generate leads and perform cold calls Ability to translate produce use across multiple markets (product line development) Ability to develop sales programs and training that can be translated for other sales staff Ability to set-up retail partners like pharmacies, physicians offices, apartment managers, pet stores and other who can sell to their existing clients. Ability to build strong relationship with customer network Familiarity and experience selling to professionals, business owners, schools, nursing homes and similar businesses Experience in developing and executing sales tactics to achieve desired objectives Ability to build a strong customer referral sales program Ability to develop and negotiate client contracts to increase potential sales success from larger customers or groups Ability to carry out and embrace strategic initiatives and corporate policies Record of building a strong company brand and reputation with customers Must be strong in computer and Internet searching skills
