We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Account / Senior Account Manager with the knowledge and relationship skills to provide the interface between our customers and the Norgren Engineering and Operational Groups.  The primary responsibilities include total Norgren product and sales responsibilities focused on achievement of sales, order and growth targets with identified key accounts.

 

You will have the opportunity to directly impact Norgren?s success by utilizing current knowledge of regional customer base to penetrate market, developing and sustaining sales and market share growth, while maximizing profit. In addition, ensuring that Norgren will become the premier and preferred supplier of fluid power, electro-mechanical components, and total solutions by building strong and intimate relationships with customers.

 

Qualified candidates should have:

? Experience in the industry with a proven track record and/or have demonstrated a successful trend of year on year growth;

? Excellent technical aptitude, preferably with an engineering / technical graduate degree, or related discipline; or equivalent experience;

? Strong commercial acumen required;

? Project Management experience;

? Exceptional group presentation and communication skills;

? Positive and professional demeanour, promoting good company relations.

 

Experience in the following is preferred:

? Sales and application of pneumatic products (Please describe this experience, in detail, within your Cover Letter),

? Intimacy and established customer knowledge within the TN MS, AR, and LA area / region / industries 

 

Must seek out challenges and opportunities, consistently developing and maintaining a proactive, competitive business plan using market analysis, industry trends, NORGREN product and service application, ensuring proper support to the customers, team and company.

Title & Compensation will be dependant upon qualifications and experience.

 

This full-time position will office from his/her home and be provided a car or car allowance. 

 

There will be no relocation package offered for this position.
