ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / TRAINER

You will begin by learning our company?s system, presentations and programs from Charlie Nicks done through attending a rigorous training program in Denver Colorado. Mr. Nicks is the highest paid Account Executive in real estate today. He founded Tomlin/Nicks/Wells & Townsend ADVERTISING in the 1980?s.  He is a no-nonsense CEO & Creative Director who demands excellence from the entire organization and his clientele.

 

You will contact and present our cutting edge programs to real estate Broker/Owners in your region. You will contract and schedule work with selected real estate companies. You will do management and agent level training and coordinate the creation of fabulous custom marketing tools and advertising packages with our corporate offices. You will be responsible for learning and performing our systems with precision.

 

You must possess the following:

An outstanding personal appearance, attitude and work ethic.

A reasonable knowledge of the residential real estate business.

A successful track record that is quantifiable and verifiable.

 

We would prefer that you have at least a Bachelor?s Degree, however, in some instances; we can work around it depending on your history.

 

Some travel will be involved, though not an unreasonable amount.
