Senior Account Manager for BT in the US! High revenue attainment account in CA.

Primary Responsibilities:

The primary focus is on the development of current key customers through identifying new sales opportunities and closure of these new opportunities through focus on ensuring timely and accurate installations of all services, providing frequent status of implementation milestones and notification of problems, recognizing new sales opportunities, insuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained, and working to better position themselves and BT Conferencing at various levels within their accounts.

? Direct responsibility for achievement and development of revenue growth within established customer base. This involves recognizing opportunities to enhance or expand on current services, identifying and qualifying legitimate sales opportunities, and providing a consultative and value added approach to develop the relationship.
? Provide leadership to manage client expectations and successfully drive project delivery to meet targeted goals.
? Provide leadership for all customer communication though sales calls, presentations, proposal development, and active email/phone correspondence.
? Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified new sales projects.
? Maintain knowledge and keep to date with BT Conferencing?s portfolio of services and internal processes/procedures as well as emerging technologies, products, and market trends.
? Adhere and conform to all BT Conferencing?s ethical and professional standards.
? Other responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Requirements:

? Bachelor?s Degree required. Masters a plus.
? 5+ years of sales account management experience in the Communications Industry for accounts generating $5 Million or more. Must have ?owned? Fortune 200 accounts previously.
? Sales development experience a plus.
? Achievement oriented with high commitment, resilience, a positive attitude, and ability to multi-task.
? Well organized and detail oriented with good time management skills.
? Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, and presentation.
? Ability to operate in an unstructured environment, i.e. self-starter, highly motivated, resourceful, and work as a ?team player?.  Previous experience within a small, high growth organization is an advantage.
? Professional appearance and presentation to gain acceptance at C-level.
? Good all-round knowledge of communications and related technologies including an understanding of conferencing and network services.
? PC/Office literate; experienced with Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
? Ability to travel.
