Verizon Business Customer Account Manager

You will work in a team selling environment to include sales lead generation/development and maintain customer base by ensuring periodic training, assessing customer satisfaction, and utilizing customer service to effectively resolve problems.  Candidate will be seating in our customers location and will be subject to a background  check.

 

Job Qualifications/Required Skills:

 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus previous experience in sales or customer service capacity preferably in a high transactional environment. PC proficiency, (e.g. Microsoft Office) and familiarity with Internet highly desirable along with telecommunications experience preferred. Excellent written and verbal communications is a must.
