Description

We are seeking a qualified and highly motivated business-to-business Telemarketing Professional to contact customers and potential business leads.

 

This position is responsible for:Qualifying leads, establishing relationships, soliciting business over the telephone and directing contacts to Regional Sales personnelMaintaining database for contacts, activities, and resultsFollow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to queriesDeveloping and managing telephone script

 

QualificationsStrong experience in outbound call center and heavy use of telephone and scriptsDetail oriented and self-starter who can maintain call rate to achieve call time and contact objectivesGreat communication skills with enthusiastic personalityComputer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word and Excel

 

We offer a base hourly wage of $12.00/hr. We also offer an incentive bonus of $9.00/hr paid monthly for actual telephone talk time over 3 hours daily and a benefits package that includes Paid Time Off (PTO), paid holidays, medical benefits, 401(k) plan and credit union privileges.

 

Work hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am ? 5:00 pm

Job location: Cerritos, CA (near the 5 and 91 freeway junction)

Work Environment: Professional corporate, business attire
