Requirements: We are looking for qualified business development telemarketers who already have experience cold calling potential customers and conducting follow up calls to established customers.

 

Responsibilities: Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contactContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyContact current customers (phone) who have just purchased vehicles and ask them to fill out their CSI surveys.

 

Requirements: Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetKnowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to work flexible hoursMaintaining a positive, can-do attitude
