High Caliber Sales Reps Needed!

Talent Tree is currently seeking outgoing, and energetic sales reps to work with one of the leading extended automobile warranty companies in the country!
If you have at least 6 months of retail, call center, customer service, or telemarketing experience we have just the position for you!
As a Telesales Rep you will be responsible for the sales of extended car warranties to potential customers, as well as providing superb customer service to existing customers. All leads are generated from direct mailings!!!
Training provided, generous commission structure, and rapid advancement opportunities!!!

 

Requirements -

Minimum of 6 months experience in retail, call center, or sales.
Friendly, outgoing personality
Enjoy working with people
Ability to handle stressful situations
Ability to multi-task
MUST possess exceptional communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Obtain a high school diploma, or GED
Clean background, and drug screen

Weekly orientation & Training
$11.00 per hour for first two weeks of training, $13.00per hour upon completion of training - Excellent incentives, and commission structure based upon EACH sale made!! UNLIMITED POTENTIAL!!!!
Various Shifts/Flexible Hours Available!! Up to 35 hours per week but you can earn more than most telesales reps working 40 hours!!!!!
