JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Our Inside Sales Reps develop revenue by managing incoming calls, adding subscribers and selling value added features. Working, with your team, in a fast-paced environment, we expect you to sell to the customer?s needs, focusing on plan options, features and training.  All leads sales are generated through direct marketing mailers, media, etc?

 Basic PC, Windows, e-mail and good typing skills are necessary to perform daily work functions.

 Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal required. Multi-tasking ability helpful.

 Responsible for growth in revenue and calling on healthcare customers (Medical and Dental Offices, Nursing Homes, Industrial Clinics, Veterinary Offices, Funeral Homes, Municipal Health Departments, Correctional Facilities, Long-term Care Facilities, Fire and Police Departments and Laboratories)

 Develop and implement strategy for selling compliance services in assigned geography to grow revenue for selected and targeted prospects not currently using SCS.

 Time management and organizational skills are key to ensure accurate and aggressive follow up with potential customers.

 Applicant must be able to work independently and as a team member. Flexibility in work schedule required. Fast paced environment-must be able to work efficiently through change.

 Excellent telecommunication skills combined with interpersonal sales ability

 Maintenance of a Customer Resource Management (CRM) database with specific information related to competitive pricing & service offering.

 

Requirements:

? 2 years experience with business to business sales

? Verifiable closing skills.

? Previous experience selling to healthcare professionals a big plus.

? Professional manner and appearance.

 

COMPENSATION: We offer a competitive compensation program which includes a guaranteed salary and commissions - 30-60% commission per sale complete (unheard of in almost every industry!) as well as a comprehensive benefits package featuring: discount employee rate health plans.
