Telemarketers- NO COLD CALLING

As our business continues to expand into new markets, we are looking for great people to help grow our team. The company's corporate office is centrally located in the Irvine Spectrum area of Orange County, CA. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who relishes a challenge to join our team.

Job Summary:
Contact customers by telephone in order to seek sales for goods or services, or to educate on the product. Create rapport with customers and generate referrals for future leads.

Responsibilities:
? Call/answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
? Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
? Maintain records of contacts, accounts and orders.
? Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computer.
? Schedule appointments for sales representatives to call prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
? Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, marketing tools and lists purchased.

Requirements:
? 1-3 years telemarketing/call center experience, customer service or collections
? Must have great verbal and written communication skills.
? Ability to acquire customers through telemarketing and cold calling
? Proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 1:30PM-8PM MON-FRI AND 2 SATURDAYS OUT OF THE MONTH.
