We are seeking a part-time appointment setter with the following skills.

Experience Needed:

Outbound telephone sales/appointment setting
Working knowledge of computers, including MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet searching
Use of Contact Management Database-ACT helpful

Job Duties include:

Set qualified appointments (10 per week minimum)
Maintain phone activity log daily & weekly reports to track results and needed follow-up
Use phone, email and letters to follow-up
Enter names, contact info, notes and comments into database and continually maintain and update
Prospecting: Identify business opportunities (prospects) through research and analysis of data
Coordinate networking events, exhibits, financial seminars and working calendar and other marketing projects
