Description1. Prospecting Outbound cold calls to generate new business on a monthly basis. Determine client's needs, budget, and time frame and recommend appropriate products. 2. Sales Cycle Management Identify and take action on appropriate stages of the current sales cycle in order to effectively secure business contracts. Research product variety, client history, client business information (budget, environment, and specific training related information). 3. Business Opportunity Development Develop sound business relationships with client organizations, representing NETg as a professional, quality organization, in order to maximize awareness and use of NETg solutions. 4. Forecasting Generate weekly/monthly accurate forecasts. Develop accurate sales forecasts and report to district supervisors upon request. 5. Business Management Develop, implement and control a business plan to optimize the contribution to the company's annual profit plan. Calculate pricing, determine course numbers and titles, draft proposal and send to customers in timely manner. 6. Territory Management Plan and organize time, in order to achieve maximum productivity within client/prospect base. Maintain accurate records of all call activity and corporate customer account profiles. 7. Coordinate with customer service product support and any other company personnel to resolve client usage, order, contracts and technical operating issues. 8. Communication Communicate clearly and efficiently with colleagues and/or clients (written and oral) to project a professional image. 9. Business Awareness Understand current issues/trends within the marketplace, and how NETg products and services can be explained within the business methodology to better respond to client need. 10. Teamwork Act as a fully integrated member of the sales team at all times, including activities for the benefit of the whole team. Above all, to display a positive attitude at all times.
QualificationsKnowledge
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience
2 - 4 years experience in an inside sales role.
Tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Project), as well as general knowledge and skill in the use of personal computers. Familiar with computer terminology and basic components. Knowledge of Sales Databases such as SalesLogix and Siebel a plus.

Proven closing ability, both on a transactional level as well as in enterprise situations ? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task ?
